IMO a good solution is to get a large hole peep, and train yourself to shoot both eyes open. There are alot of advantages to shooting with both eyes open. Plus I can shoot as late as I want that way. Any later is too late regardless of what type of setup I have.

I'm a no-peep fan, too. Once you get it set up properly, it's clear sailing from there. IMO, setting it up works best with an extra set of hands, though.

Can you provide a link to the "Red Dot Scope" you're referring to??

Sorry my Red Dot Scope is battery powered. It shines the light back on to your eye and can only be seen when set up in your shooting position. Optical illusions being what they are makes it appear to be shinning right on the deer. I had my scope 2 months before my new bow so I spent the whole time putting that red dot on everything in the house.

If you are still interested in checking one out, mine was a Pollington. I think the web site is PollingtonArchery.com. In Bass Pro or Cabellas, I think they have a BSA brand that was cheaper with crosshairs that I think would be an improvement.
