Last year I tried pse carbon force arrows before and i picked up alot of speed with them but couldnt quite place nice patterns....so now i switched back and I'm using Easton 2117--xx78 super slam aluminum arrows.....in my opinion aluminum arrows are more accurate and have more take down power

I started hunting with XX75 2216's then switched to carbon for one year. Now its the XX78 2216's for target and hunting.
Why do most people shoot carbon arrows today? What are the pro's and con's?

I am still trying carbons and so far Iam not too crazy about them. I have been shooting Easton C2 Realtree camo 340's. They are ok but I have some wild flyers in the group. I am amazed that out of a dozen, 8 group together and the others go where they want to go. I'll probably stick with my XX78 2314's and XX78 2117's. I shot a robin hood the other day with the 2117's.
