how do you detune a pse nova from 70 pounds to 60 pounds for a dummie?

...and just to help you with the terminology, you are not "detuning" but rather just dropping the draw weight. "Detuning" would imply that you are throwing off basic settings like nock height, centershot, etc...
Hope this helps.

Yeah over here we would say, "turned it down" to 60. And if we tightened the limb bolts down to reach peak draw weight. We say we're shooting it "bottomed out".
We just want you to sound cool in your cammies.

I shoot the same pse nova 1 cam, and have been for three years. i backed mine out down to about 55# when i first got it and it has been doing great for those 3 yrs, no problems. This next season I am going to get a new bow that is a little smaller and lighter b/c i am not that big of a girl.
