I shoot b-heads at a 6" thick heave density foam target(forgot the name of it). I usually only shoot 30-40 practice shots with broadheads a year. I shoot field points until the season nears and then broadhead group tune and when it's shooting well I leave it alone. It's a pain to pull out the bh so I take them off the shaft before pulling my arrows. If it were easier I'd shoot them more often.

I pretty much exclusively shoot fixed bladed broadheads. My main targets are home made. Here is a picture:

I also have three BlueRidge 3d deer targets that are in pretty rough shape that I use. I am getting a Morrell Six Shooter for father's day, but have not used it yet. (kind of hard to hide around the house)
