Default Turbo nock Hunter

Do any of y'all shoot the turbo nock hunters? I recently got some from Cabelas and they shoot great thru my WB but after 4-5 shots they come out during the shot. I put them in using "Goat tuff" glue which is supposed to be pretty good...any suggestions? I have already messed up 2 arrows due to the nock coming out just as the arrow cleared the rest and can't afford to mess up any more as I'm in college and on a pretty tight budget.
Also, I have noticed an appreciable increase in noise as the arrow is in flight. What could be causing this?
Thanks y'all

I would suggest a good 24 hour epoxy. That should make them very hard to come out, although I think I read that the Turbo Nock Hunters were really designed for drop or fall away rests.
