I own a Hoyt Havotec and Cybertec.

I once shot a Bowtec. I held an Alpine. But I'm not sure I'd recommend either of these. I have shot enough other bows to recommend one. I know what I would not recommend based off what I've heard from owners of other bows.

In 48 years of Bowhunting & Archery Retail I have shot about everything BUT since the mid 70s I use a Darton for my personal use. bought a new one last year-single cam & love it. My son and brother also shoot Dartons.
IF you like the way the grip feels on a bow (my opinion) you will shoot it well. Make the choice YOU LIKE not all your friends & magazine hype. Good luck. My 2004 March Buffalo taken with my 60# Darton (complete penetration). Story to be in National Bowhunter Magazine in the near future.

I shoot a hoyt razortec

The other bows I would recommend are a Darton and I know it is a hoty product but a reflex bow for half the money of a hoyt.

Darton and I know it is a hoty
He must have been looking at my bow...it is a hotty!

p.s. Darton is not made by Hoyt

I would reccommend a Champion
