RE: ASAT story from this morning

My dad, uncles, and their friends have killed more deer then I can count from the ground wearing jeans and a T-shirt or whatever clothes they could find. They didn't have fancy camo patterns back then and most guys weren't up trees either. They still laugh at all the money people spend these days trying to hide from deer and find that one magic gadget that will make up for a lack of hunting skill.

Don't get me wrong........I wear camo and have some gadgets so I get my bells busted by them too. Especially when they have a full meat pole and the young know it all has diddly squat

My dad used to hunt with a double barrel 12 gauge for cryin' out loud.........2 pairs of jeans on cold days. He sure knew where to park himself though and what to do when the time came. He never wore camo in his life.......archery or gun.

The same thing happened to me the other day as well....except I was just walking around in my skivvies. The deer just looked right past me like I wasn't even there. I get the same type of behavior from women.
