New heads from G-5 (montec)

G-5 has got some pretty bad a$$ broadheads coming out. That tekan is one wicked looking head. If it prooves to be as durable as it is good looking it may actually be a good mechanical for elk?

I second that, I would like to see 5 Shots reviews on the mechanical. I started using the G5's last year and have had nothing but good things to say about them.
I said I wouldn't go back to mechanicals (for no other reason that I really like the G5's) but the Tekan makes you look twice.
Can't wait for the review.

I bought some of the G-5's to try out for this season. They just don't seem to be sharp enough to me. I finaly got them sharp enough to shave hair (barely), but they look like they will hold a edge a lot longer than my Muzzy's. Especialy if I happen to hit bone. I have never thought I would try mechanicals but if the G-5's work out this season I might have to try those out. They look like they might be as sturdy as a lot of fixed heads. I guess I'll just wait for input from all the mechanical users.
