The wisker biscuits suck even if the inventor is from my home town. ![]() ![]() |

It'll put some wear on your feathers but it's worth it! Been shootin one for two years and just love it

RE: Wiskerbiskets any good.
While some people spend their entire lifetime trying to eliminate fletching contact with the arrowrest other are happily collecting game with the whisker biscuit. Three out of the five hunters who have been successful in the Superslam of all 28 NorthAmerican big game animals used the whisker biscuit to score. Tom Hoffman, Dr. Jack Frost, and Jim Ryan are in a league of their own when it comes to hunting, they all use the biscuit and they didn't spend a lifetime eliminating fletching contact they spent it hunting. If you are going to hunt with your bow get a biscuit! Good luck hunting!

one thing i got against them is you can't shoot feathers though em. and i hate vanes.

RE: Wiskerbiskets any good.
You can shoot feathers through them. Feathers work pretty well in fact. The new models with the brown/black bristles are easier than ever on fletching and with some trimming they work quite well.

RE: Wiskerbiskets any good.
I have set up dozens for customers and have to admit that once the proper precautions are taken the rests are pretty darn reliable...especially for hunting situations. I have yet to take the plunge myself with one of my own bows but I have one just sitting at home...waiting to be installed. ;)
