You'd have a hard time convincing me that they don't come loose;
They do come loose if they are not tied correctly.

How does this benefit anything?
To me it is the most forgiving of all types. Also, if you are hunting and use a T style release, you can just hang the release off the loop and leave it at all times. Good for tree stand hunting.

I had a hard time being convinced to use a string loop, well I was finaly talked into trying one that was 4 years ago, and now I won't use anything but. it saves on the searving no pinched noks and if there tied right they won't come loose, I wouldn't think of useing any other type..

Used one for 6 or 7 years never had a problem. My sons have been using them as well and they haven't had any problems.

I USE THE ULTRA NOK XL METAL LOOP. WORKS GREAT IN MY OPINION AND IT SCREWS ONTO THE STRING SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT COMING OFF.
