I know Loesch makes some really high quality aftermarket grips. Do a search, they might make one for your bow.

I don't know exactly how small the grip is because I am not familiar with bowtech, However in researching some grips for my mathews I noticed that when I ordered one for my bow, Shrewd grips had one for a bowtech. It was on the Lancaster archery website. Hide your credit card before going on to this site. I didn't hide mine and now the UPS guy has my place memorized.

I also vote for loesch custom grips.

There was a guy in the classifieds on archerytalk was making grips for all the top bows.

He had pictures up and his prices where not bad either.
