Chin ups, seated rows and push ups will help out alot. make sure to use good form.

Bowman if it makes you feel any better the two guys that I hunt with are 5'9" 160 and 5'11" 160 and neither one works out and they both struggle with anything over 90 lbs;)

ORIGINAL: Bowman2213 Would like a little flatter trajectory and speed on shots over 30 yds. Buy a Bowtech Pat Dually and shoot 5 gpp at 60. This should get you well over 300 fps! |
