Chin ups, seated rows and push ups will help out alot. make sure to use good form.

Bowman if it makes you feel any better the two guys that I hunt with are 5'9" 160 and 5'11" 160 and neither one works out and they both struggle with anything over 90 lbs;)

A well place shot and 55lbs will take down Bigfoot if needed.
So, then, why are you concerned about being able to pull more then 60 pounds?

You may not be able to pull back over 60 lbs .. ..

but for posting a thread titled "Why can't I pull more weight?" you either have REAL thick skin or you forgot you were on the hunting.net forum and not the interiordecorators.com site again!

Buy a Bowtech Pat Dually and shoot 5 gpp at 60. This should get you well over 300 fps!
