I shot one along with the Bowtech Mighty Mite. The outback was nice but a little to heavy for my taste and it wanted to jerk my arm off if there was any creep. I chose the Mighty Mite but that was just my personal opinion. You may want to look at a parker UL31 if you like short and light bows. I dont think you will find a shorter, lighter bow around. It shoots great as well. I broke down and got a new bow this year but I will not be getting rid of the Parker!

I had a 2002 Legacy and traded it for the Outback. The Outback is super smooth and I've found that with the 80 percent letoff I can shoot a little heavier weight. I experienced no hand shock and it shot very accurate. My problem was the dang pro shop owner let me shoot one. Then I got a bad case of gotta haves. Sold my Legacy to finance the Outback. Its a great bow. Good luck with your decision.
