Only thing I don't like is the noise I get from that tongue hitting the shelf, even when I have about 4 layers of mole skin on the shelf.
Moleskin may not do the trick. It helped on my rest but didn't solve the problem. I got some Dynomat(from car stero shop). This is probably the best sound deadening material in the world. It only takes a little scilence that rest for good.(same theroy as moleskin only better product.)
