That is one big MESS of Antler!!!!!!!! Too bad they died like that. Rather see a pic of guy with his bow rested on the animal. Cool pic though!!!

Dang is all i can say. I know in ram country (big horns i think) it isn't uncommon to find two males dead on the bottom of some cliffs that were still locked together. Talk about growing up, fighting, and cliffdiving together, eek [:'(]

I just don't see how they are locked up though. The deer who's nose you can see has his entire left side free and it looks like the right side is just resting between the other bucks rack.

Maybe they had to pull them apart to get them in the truck and then tried to recreate it??

After I first awed over the picture and browsed away, the thought hit me... How in the heck did they get two huge bucks like that out? Wish there was a story with that great picture.

I saw another story about 2 big bucks on some ranch in Texas this year same thing. They ended up shooting the bucks and the lady who owned the ranch was going to have them mounted locked up like they found them. Shame someones arrows didn't find them sooner.

Too bad these buck's had to die this way ,and not got the chance to walk in front of an Archer like one of us.
