Default PSE Carbon Force 300's this strong?

I was out shooting and I accidently shot an arrow and it went into the road. I barely pulled it back though so it was going like 50 fps. This car ran it over. My arrow survived except the nock fell off. When it hit the ground it fell off. The car didn't pop the nock off. Is it alright to shoot it? I need to replace the nock, though. I can't find any damage. Thanks
P.S. I have an arrow with his name on it!

I am one of those types of folks who always plays a situation with the "better safe than sorry" standpoint in mind. If a car ran over your arrow then I would not being shooting it. Personal opinion.

Check very carefully around the nock end of the shaft. Alot of time when the nock pops off that means that the shaft cracked at the nock end. Also, one of the internal layers of the shaft could have cracked and yet it would not be noticeable with a visual inspection of the arrow.

I would toss it also. Just to be safe. You won't be able to see if there is any damage to any of the interior fibers and wall.

Tossing away a $7 arrow is a heck of a lot better than having it break on the release and having to pay a $5000 hospital bill to get the carbon out of your arm.

It's your arm and money though.

Load it into a crossbow, tie a long string to the crossbow's trigger, aim the crossbow (vise-gripped to a table) at a target, stand 10 yards from the crossbow and pull the string. Watch the arrow explode. Enjoy. Just joking....throw the arrow away!!!!!

Wear a hard hat and safety glasses, go ahead and shoot it, just don't shoot it around me or anyone else!! LOL

P.S. Toss it in the trash can!!!

I have shot them for 2 years and they are strong in general.........but very weak on the nock end for some reason !

I'd be willing to bet that there is a small crack in the nock end ! I have had about 10 out of 2 dozen split on the nock end !! Mostly from target impacts .....but a few that got away from me too !
