For my first post in here I would like some help in what to get and what to do for a first timer. I don't like buying gear that I would out grow in a year at the same time I wouldn't think it prudent to buy the best of everything and later find out it isn't my cup of tea.
I've been a hunter for at least 35 years just never with the bow. I have a bad back that may or maynot get fixed this month. I'm in theropy. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Welcome, this board will answer any questions you will ever have!!
I would suggest going to a pro/bow shop and talking with someone there, and trying a few bows in your price range. Then if you have questions, come back here and ask for specific help. Goodluck
