My wife looked at a Hoyt SierraTec bow today. The bow fit her well, but had a $500.00 price tag. What is the going rate for this bow in your pro shops? How is this bow, is it a good model or a bargin basement junk bow?

I don't believe anything that has the letters H O Y T on it is junk......

The Sierratec is a great shooting bow. I have a hunting buddy that got one because he has a hard time pulling over 60#s, and the shop had a 50 - 60 # Sierratec on the rack. He got that one rather than ordering one and having to wait. As far as the price, that is along the same lines as most of the shops in our area are asking for them.
