Split tree stand..????

I am looking for a split tree stand that goes inbetween a tree that forks straight up, it looks like it stabs into both sides and is seatless, it is just a platform. ANyone else ever seen this, because I seen it in a magazine a long time ago.

I think those were made by these people, and the company may have been bought by Remington.

In my early years, I created a homemade version of that by using a 2x12 board that I notched on the ends to fit the tree. I never had a problem with it, but it's safety was always a concern.
