HEY... Maryland is South of the Mason Dixie Line I'll have you know. I got so wrapped up in making a wisea$$ remark I forgot to congradulate you on the land. 450 acres is indeed a nice sized piece of land to do some planting and management. You get a couple neighbors to go into it with you and you'll all have a heck of a place in 3 or 4 years. Need I say I'm TURNIN' a little GREEN with ENVY!!! [8D] . YA'LL HAVE FUN!!!
