I'm kinda feelin' sorry for you guys who didn't get them a deer this year. I had quite good luck, i got my first with a bow and my first with a gun. [&:] WOO HOO!

This was my first year in 6 years I didn't get a buck with a bow !! But I did get 3 does.....so I can't complain too much !!

First time in 16 years with no buck for me during bow. I passed on 8 bucks, and messed up on mossyhorns. No buck[:@] this season. How long til October?

I've had many seasons that I didn't get a buck with a bow, either due to me screwing up shots or just not seeing what I was after. I have taken atleast one doe each season for the past 10 years or so. The last 2 seasons have been good for me, with 2 bucks and 6 does. Next year I plan on increasing both totals

Only because I was wanting a wall hanger this year-I passed on more Does than I can count & forkys, 6 points, 8 point & 1 nice 10-all within 20 yards or less. I had a great year thou & did miss 1 10 point @ 30yds that I would guess around 160. next year I will be having a extra Doe tag for some meat & thin the herd (as they say). I will probably try & hold out for a nice buck again thou I am not a true trophy hunter. Good luck to all this season-I am headed for a Buffalo Bowhunt next month.

Hunted 9 days, some in Bow season, some in rifle season and some in Black Powder. Only saw one ( 1 ) deer a doe.

I have more unfilled deer tags than Carter has little liver pills!

add me to the list.. nothing but bad bad luck for me this year... i just hope it gets better... but still got meat from the 4 from last season...
