You will find that Cabelas has withdrawn their support and Sponsorship from ASA Archery after 3 years of sponsorship they have elected to end the realationship with ASA starting 2004.
This also ends the Cabelas Gift Certificates as awards for ASA, sorry to see Cabelas pull out.
Will be interesting to see whom will step up to the plate to fill a large opening for future ASA Sponsorship.

Cabelas does and always will sell archery supplies. They just won't be in every catalog. I once had a catalog with everything Cabelas sells, it's 3" thick.

I just got my Turkey catalog and it had quite a bit of archery stuff.
Definitely. I was surprised to see that much archery gear...and new 2004 stuff at that. Usually you don't see any archery stuff until the archery catalog comes out in late may.

Don't ya just love getting the big leather bound "bible" each year. I received one a year or two ago and still have it here on my computer desk. It is a work of art....

I don't know who's arm I have to snap at Cabela's to get them to put me on the mailing list for the Archery specialty catalog. I have signed up for one 3 different times online over the last few years and have still never had one delivered.[:@]
Maybe I'll drop a letter in the complaint box at the customer service desk when I am there next week.

Matt,

The first year they were sent out my father-in-law got himself all up in a tizzy because he did not receive one. He even called to find out why his son and son-in-law did and he did not. He spends a good amount of money at Cabelas each year and yet still did not get a catalog. Their response was something along the lines of "It is a random distribution. If you did not receive one then you can 'buy' one for $9.95".

My father-in-law was not happy.

I'm getting yours MattPA.... I get two of the archery catalogs usually and haven't bought anything from them in years except for a deer sleigh and some camo sneakers for early season.
