Is this a good magazine? I can get a deal where I buy 4 years subscription and I get 12 Easton Axis arrows. Is it worth it? I mainly need info on hunting deer.

Yes, it's a pretty good mag. And the dozen arrows even make it a sweeter deal.

Pretty much the same as the other bowhunting mags...alot of advertising and a few good articles.

I would scoop up that Easton deal if I were you.

i have heard good reviews about the magazine, but have never seen one. I did however take advantage of the 4yr subscription deal. Can't beat getting a dozen arrows for $69.95.

They give it away at most archery shops right now... just to get it out there. It's my understanding that is going to be going away shortly. Hence the subscription offers. There's also offers for free broadheads and other items if you don't want to anty up for 4yrs. But I went for 4yrs and free fletched axis arrows. The mag isn't 1/2 bad either.

Is there any way anyone else can get in on that deal. For instance, is it available to everyone or do you have to know someone?

Should be available for everyone...as long as you can get ahold of a magazine. There's a subscription card in there.

Here is the offer. The only downside I found is that is takes 6-8 weeks to recieve the arrows. []
