It is hard to say for sure without watching you shoot. Bow tune could be part of it, but I suspect some shooting form errors that would keep your groups from closing up. If you can find someone that knows his stuff, have them watch you shoot. That's where I would start.

What I did to tighten my groups was to shoot a smaller target at 40 yards. Such as if your shooting at an 8 inch plate try a 6 inch or mabey even 4 inch. helped me alot.
