Recently tested My new X-tec will various arrow weights, but this will probably be my hunting setup for next year:
68lb., 29.75 measured AMO draw length, brass nock, tru-peep, eliminator button, A/C/C arrow weight 420 grains-------283 fps.
The x-tec seems to shoot my heavier hunting arrows faster than another bow I have even though the IBO speed of the other bow is 20 fps faster than the x-tec.

One of these days I'll get out my chronograph and take all my bows to the range, just to find out. Bought the chrony a year ago and just never have done it. That's about how important speed is to me.

I agree arthur I bought my cronograph for my rifles so natually I tried my bow. Well I have a very hard time seeing my arrows hit the animal or target. I think that's fast enough. Maybe I need to use white fletching I guess.

I shot it through the chrono at my pro-shop. The owner was telling me that the chrono had been messing up before but they thought that they had got it figured out. He thought that it was a little slow also. One thing I forgot is that I also have the two factory eliminator buttons on the string.
I am going to chronograph mine this weekend with a similiar setup. I will let you know what it shoots...then maybe we can do a comparison to see what your speed might actually be.
