what is with everybody whining and complaining that other users are too mean, too abrasive, too ___________ (put in your own word)

If you don't want responses, don't place a post. Need to take the good with the bad. Whether some one agrees with you or slams you there is something to be learned. It you don't agree with some one's comment, make a repost and explain your side better/more clearly to them. If that doesn't work, agree to disagree, but don't complian because you got your feelings hurt. Yes it is important to try and be civil, and more memebers are. If you make a post, just live with the replies (consequenses) and deal with it, don't whine.

It's one thing to disagree. That's to be expected. It's entirely another to "slam" someone. That's uncalled for. Make your point in a civil manner, but don't be so thin skinned as to get upset when someone does disagree.

The more experienced people need to remember we all started with no experience sometime. Many of these younger guys don't even have a mentor they come here for advice and get slammed and never come back.

When someone won't see their error, and start to get pi$$y, then I'd say it's allright to give some attitude, but not from the first post.
