I was out tonight and got some more pics. All of the bucks I have saw in the last 2 weeks have all shed at least one antler. I have saw 2 that have 1 left and I believe 1 of the 2 bucks dropped the other side since last time I saw him.

This one came into about 7 yards of blow down I was using for a ground blind. the one coming in from the left was at like 5 yards. Thats a close encounter for being on the ground!! You can see how it has scabbed over since he dropped his antlers. (Notice the one jump when it heard the camera make a click sound before it snapped the pic)


This one has 1 left.


The one all the way to the right is a buck who has shed both.

Great pic's I can sit and look at pic's all day I would like to get out and buy a digital camera and try taking some pic's for myself.

Thanks again buckeye, I ove your photo shoots. One of these days I will break down and get a trail cam or two. Until then it's nite scouting for me and I know what you mean up close and personal.
