Been doing it for years...........it's a blast and never gets old.
I use a Oneida Tomcat and a Martin x200 recurve............. I have a 17' 56" custom flatbottom boat with a 115 Evinrude, raised deck, lights and generator...... |
RE: Who Bowfishes?
I bowfish and love it! Almost more than chasing deer! Its really addicting and its a great offseason practice. 100 to 150 shots a day keeps thos muscles in shape. Lots and lots of fun!
Good Luck! |

RE: Who Bowfishes?
Bowfishing is much fun. However, for those who have never bowfished, be advised that an improper setup can be dangerous and can cause grave injuries and death. I am aware of at least one fatality that occurred when the person's rig malfunctioned and brought the arrow back at him.
There are many articles and guides available on the Internet regarding how to set up a safe rig. READ THEM! |
