Default Orange or Green Vanes !!!!

OH MY GOSH !!! This has been tearing me up for AGES. I just don't know what to do. Will I look better in the woods with orange or green vanes. I think I am going with orange, there is no doubt they have to be far superior to green and anyone who can't see that just doesn't know what they are talking about !!

Sorry guys but some of these discussions on here just crack me up. We'll argue over anything, I just wanted to see how trivial we could get

I would shoot orange!!!! The vanes will be easier to see when they hit the target and Orange vanes will add a safty factor when hunting durring firearm season. But, Oh I don't know. Green are just so fashionable. Tough call. Let us know what you decide.

I would say go 2 orange and 1 green, gives you good perception of where you hit an animal, and to retrieve the arrow after the hit or miss.

Mine are two Blaze orange, and light green cock feather. I like seeing my arrow in flight hitting the deer.

I have to agree with you avid, my setup is the same. I just never thought this post would get any serious responses. I was kinda poking fun at some of the other silly arguments on here. But as long as everyone else is being serious then I agree, I too like to see where the arrow enters the deer as well, it's almost as if it's in slow motion.

Now would that be two orange and one green or the other way around? Or you could go with two of each, or you could go with all orange on one arrow and all green on another or.......

Usually it's 2 green and one orange but if I want to get REALLY crazy I'll switch it around. But I don't do that too much I'm not one for living on the edge. And as far as yellow feathers go, man you guys must be crazy up there in state college cause I don't know anyone down here in Lancaster who will go that far
