I don't know who you are talking to, but my last bow kill story is on deerhunting forum about 2 weeks ago if you want to see him.

ok it is me he's talking about, heres the story. I killed a doe with my bow the day before gun season, my uncle and I hunt together and video a lot we got this kill on video and i am entered in the moderators cup, I thought it would be neat to have it put on the web so IL_BOW_MAN volunteered to try to do it so i sent him a copy of the video. when I made him a copy I only show the initial shot because the deer drops right where it stands. It actually took a 2nd shot because the shot was high (the deer dropped about 5 inches before the arrow hit.) the shot was 30 yards and the deer was walking away fast when my uncle bleated with his mouth. the deer stopped and gave me a small window to shoot through while looking back at my uncle. I didn't include the 2nd shot because of all the critisism that might come about, and some might see it as fuel for the anti's, but bottom line is that deer is a recovered deer. PSEPheonix was a friend of mine but after this I don't know<img src=icon_smile_tongue.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_blackeye.gif border=0 align=middle>. Anyway I hope that IL_BOW_MAN can get this to work, If so I have3 more kills on video.

10 pointer well as I see it you had a very sucessful hunt. So congrats to you on your deer. So what if it took a second shot some are tuff and it is required but you DID recover your deer and that is what matters.
