I have bowhunted since I was 12 yrs old. I have shot deer in all portions of the body. I have never lost a deer yet. I have even shot deer right in the face just to see if I could do it.

I called him on his face shot and I was ripped by him and a few others saying I shouldn't question the way another hunter chooses to hunt............

Well ARMallardSlayer, you may have been ripped by others but I am standing right behind you on this. Sounds to me like this idiot needs to have all his gear taken away and his hunting privledges revoked. Sounds like a reall jerk to me. I have no use for some blowhard like this. I know that bad hits happen, it has to me. But intentionally taking marginal shots to just to see if you can pull it off is to so unresponsible and unethical. That guy wouldn't last long at all with my group of hunting buddies. Those are the jerks that give hunters a bad name!

Stick to it MallardSlayer. We should all question ourselves and others on hunting. Ethics! I believe the only archery shot is the boiler room. Animals taken with an arrow die from hemmorage which means the shot to take is in the heart and lungs.
