Has anyone ever figured out how to rejuvenate scent wafers?

You know, the ones from Hunter's Specialties? I use these things religously, and swear by them, as I've had big, mature bucks and old does directly downwind of me several, several times, and not once have I been busted. Of course, they're just a part of a total routine and package, but I really think they're a vital ingredient.
I use the fresh earth scent ones, and now find I've got a bucket-full of them lying around. Anyone know any tricks to get them smelling like new? I really figure it may be more cost effective to just buy some new ones, but didn't think it would hurt to ask just to see.

Just put them back in the container they come in for a couple of hours or over night.
If you dont have the container then just put them in a ziplock bag for a while.

Southern Tier, Vestal to be exact, it's near Binghamton about 5 miles from the PA border. Why do you ask? Didn't tick you off did I ?

Just curious Charlie P. I'm in Rochester.

I'm sorry guys, I guess I should have been more specific. I know about putting them back in the container after their initial few uses to freshen them back up -- what I'm talking about is aftery they're old... like a couple years old and have been used several times and have no scent left on either the wafer or in the container.
That's the situation I was referring to: I've got tons of these things sitting around and have always been reluctant to throw them away thinking someone could come along and tell me a way to get them to absorb their cover scent again. Probably not possible, and would probably be cheaper/easier to just buy new ones, which is what I have always done.

i have some of the fresh earth that have to be about 8 years old and they still smell like new ! i did however get some new ones too , being i only put one on my hat when i'm hunting i try to rotate which one i use , then when i'm done it goes right back in the container ,on occasion i forget to put it back in the container , as soon as i find that out i'll switch it up , i just keep swapin them out so every time i go out i have a fresh one on my hat!

Just curious Charlie, fairly new here and wanted to know what part of NY you live? I just put them back in the container.
