They had a program update then and it gave all existing members that date as their joining date.

Ausie-Guy..... during one of the many make-overs and crashes this site had, most of the "Joined" dates were lost. There were a couple of exceptions but most everyone lost it and a zillion posts. I think I joined orginally in Feb or March of 2000. Cardeer was one of the founding members... so whatever he says is probably the start date for the REAL old guys. Cardeer had somewhere close to 20,000 posts at the time of the big melt down. I think the other old members are like PaHunter etc.

My freshman year of college was fall of 98 and that was when i started as far as i can remember. I remember talking to people about hunting so that i could learn some stuff. could have been the summer before my second season 1999
