RE: Hats off to Stealthman!!! w/ PIC
Frank and Matt came as buddys for this hunt, although I am considering doing a few guided hunts next year!
I have some great ground to hunt and I think Frank and Matt will tell you that
the hunting was VERY good!
Matt had 2 P&Y bucks within bow range and Frank took a nice buck after passing on several more!
If you are interested in a Trophy whitetail hunt for next year ,shoot me an e-mail at [email protected] !

ouch...[:' (]MQ1 that hurts.....although you are right, that buck would have been really nice next year. But He tasted really good THIS year. He was a huge deer approx. 225-240 dressed. His body size kinda takes away from his rack. He score just around 100 inches. Not too bad. There are bigger bucks running around out there as proof in the buck Jerry' s buddy shot. BUt opportunity knocked and I answered. Next year he will not be considered a shooter. But this year he goes on the wall.
The shot was at first light. My hoist rope was still on the limb of the bow. He camea crossa little field right by my tree at 25 yards. I bleated him to a stop and BINGO..let the arrow fly. He only went about 50 - 60 yards and piled up. He is my biggest bow harvest to date. I am VERY happy with this buck.
Jeremy K...that is a bowtech with a STEALTH stabilizer. By the way I am originally from the Pittsburgh area....Butler to be exact...nice to see another western PA boy on the board.
JOEPA, that was me with my first ever antelope in the United BOwhunters of PA quarterly. Thansk for recognizing me....that was a great hunt also. If you have never done it you have to try it.
Thanks again Jer, YOU DA MAN!!

Sorry, Frank... I really wasn' t tryin' to rain on your parade; he' s a nice one alright. I was just thinking of his potential after seeing the other pics and hearing about Matt' s close calls.
I woulda had a hard time lettin' him walk this year, too!

I know MQ1. I must admit that I was thinking the exact same thing after I got a better look at him on the ground. I was just keeping it light. Congrats on your buck. It is a nice one.

How did I miss this thread???[]
Great Deer Frank!
You and " The kitchen-Cowboy" have been puttin the hurtin on the animals this year!
This thread also got me to thinking..I may just have to get Jerry to build me a custom Stealth for my new 80 pound Liberty. I love my SorboTeks, but I may want something shorter and even heavier for that new riser.

I did not mean to ignore you JEFFB. I would highly recommend one of Jerry' s Stab' s. I personally have about 6-7 different sizes. I have 2 custom ones. One for my 02' patriot 2-3in and a 24" target/silver one for my pro 40 dually. My latest addition is a camo one. I am getting it in ADV. Timber. It will be for my new liberty as well, it will be an 8in stab.[8D]
