You sure you guys aren' t talking about Hans' s or Haans' s? I drove NW from Oshkosh and had a monster of a steak, good price too. I' m thinking it was a 48 ouncer tho. Could be wrong, it was a couple years ago.

As for the rut, better hurry up and get out there. Its been going on for a couple of weeks now. I' ve been doing some work and bowhunting the last couple of weeks up by Shawano and Elderon. Seen two absolute monsters a couple days ago. One on a 4800 acre piece of public (Leathercamp), the other coming home from Shawano. Both with doe.

nub i live just east of elderon (like 3 miles)(fyi, some one actually knows where i live) i have all of a sudden seen bucks galore. i cant belive it!
