That' s what were facing tomorrow. Wind has been a constant feature from the time the heat wave departed. Rain has been consistent too. I can' t see deer moving around [much] it the highs winds forcasted for the next two days. Is it worth it to drag myself out of bed (gonna be cold too) just to sit in a tree while it rocks back and forth?

Go man go!!! Just don' t sit in the tree. Do some still hunting but by all means go if you have the time to do it. I' ll be at work and would gladly change places with you. On second thought, if the wind is actually 50mph maybe you should stay home...Might get conked on the head with a tree...

I was out this morning and about the time I left my stand the winds were just starting to pick up. They should be gusting to 50 mph by this afternoon.
If you' ve got the time to go, I say go. I would avoid sitting in a treestand but I would certainly be in the woods one way or another. The rut is in full swing right now and every minute you spend in the woods is one minute closer to getting a crack at that big one.
