Default I have a question

I need advice. The land I hunt was owned by a friend of the family. She passed away 6 years ago and left Tom as the head of the estate and there was a trust for all the kids to split it included the land. Tom has bought all but one sister out of the trust. My problem is his brother, Bill has been bought out of the trust and is giving permission to hunt to everyone and his brother and yesterday he was in the woods while I was hunting posting no trespassing signs at 8:00 am. I went to go see what was going on and he told me that he did not want me hunting this land that his son-in law is hunting it. I have got written permission from Tom and called Tom and he said I could go ahead and hunt not to pay attention to Bill. If he calls the game warden on me and I have permission from Tom, can I get Bill for harrassment? I had buck all over me yesterday morning and then he drive back a 8 a.m. I wanted to rip his head off. Does it sound like I am in the o.k. if I run into a game warden.

I would get the permission in writting and carry it you. And have Tom tell his brother to keep out and that he has no authority giving anyone permission to be there and if caught will be prosecuted.

sounds like what my sister' s in laws did, they hunted the land all of thier lives, then her dad in law decided to feed the deer and have no more of his family members hunt it, but yet aunt june will let them anytime...big conflict there...so they started hunting public land, and it took years from the relationship between father and son...they are talking now again though, he' s not able to hunt because of his health , so i guess dad thought it' d be alright.....
i would carry that permission slip with you at all times, and talk to them and find out what ran up his butt and died......try to come up with something everyone likes, if not ya' ll are just going to cause more friction .....
