Wouldnt find me putting MY deer in the swamp water. If i am correct, excessive exposure to water ruins the meat.

Yep, I agree. I try to expose the meat to as little water as possible. Water is like a superconductor for micro-organisms.

What do they do if they get another deer or two? Sounds like a LOT of work to me, having to take out two or three deer.

besides what else is in swamps?? GATORS.. I dont know about you but I wouldnt tie my deer up to be eaten by no dang gator

Dragging out 2 or 3 deer shouldn' t be a problem for someone who carries cinder blocks in thier pockets.
