Default News on shoulder injury

Saw the doc today and he said I only had a bad sprained shoulder. The knot on the top was just a tendon and fluid build up.He told me to give my shoulder a rest for the next couple of weeks maybe even crank my bow down for the year and gave me some ibuprophine 800 to help the swelling. That was shure a relief because I like nothing better than when I get all stressed out to go hunting or just go out in the back yard and fling a few.
Thanks for the support I cant say for sure but maybe it played a little part in my shoulder not being quite as bad as they thought in the begining.
Hopefully in 3 weeks I will be posting some pics of the buck Im hopeing to get.

Great news bubba. If you want an easy way to keep your rotator cuff muscles going, hold a soup can with your thumb pointed down at the ground and bring your arm from your side to a level parallel with the ground (do this with your arm on a plane half way between straight in front of you and your side). We have patients do this 10-15 reps 5 times a day.

Great news bubba, just listen to the doc and every time you get ready to do something you shouldn' t do until it heals remind yourself that you want to go bow hunting.
