Thumbs up Thoughts on Garmin site W/Rangefinder

Hey all,
I've been looking into the garmin sight for a bow that has only 1 pin and a rangefinder attached to it.
Biggest drawback being the cost, looking for others opinions on it or personal reviews.
Thanks,
Trevor K.
Excuse my typo in the header.

I don't know about NY but in PA it would not be legal.

Interesting, I didn't know that. I guess I'll do some more digging into it.
Thanks for the input

OT, you cant use a range finder?

I know a projected lazer dot visible to someone else is not a legal site in many states.
But the dot is projected on the ocular of the site attached to the bow.
Same as a red dot gun mount.

Am curious.
