Well, you' d still want to be concerned with leaving scent going to and from the stand. Also, any scent will go downwind even up in a stand. This could spook any deer approaching from that direction. You should always do your best to minimize scent.
As for products, there are way too many to list. Scent Shield and Scent Away are some good products to start with though.

I always hunt at 20 feet. You still have to play the scent. I got busted quite a few times last year. I wasn' t playing the wind or keeping such a good eye on my scent. There are many products that offer scent elimination. Or you can make your own.

hope i did it right, but if not just do a search on " ghost juice" much cheaper than buying the marketed scent eliminators!
...you' ll have to scroll down a bit to get to the scent part but great info

I' ve had scentlock clothing for a few years. It was a gift from my family at Christmas. I love the bottoms, but have been skeptical of the tops because they seem to be too darn noisy. This year I wore the tops anyway, and had 5 deer withing spitting range. The one I got approached me from downwind. I' m convinced.

I think that you have to keep scent as a consideration regardless of what height you are hunting from. I use the scent " killer" with the autumn smell to it when I get settled up in my stand. I have had deer walk right underneath me this season without ever knowing I was there. I would recommend it.

It better matter or all the $$ I' ve spent in scent-eliminating products has gone for not. Just kidding. It seems like every year I get a little more cautious about leaving scent behind...and for this year, I' ve tried to really concentrate on minimizing my scent going to and from my stand. You' ll never be 100% scent-free, but there are enough products out there to where you can give it your best shot!
Good luck to ya!
