Avid PSE bowhunter here, I currently hunt with a PSE Boss 1 Impact that I' ve had since 95 and I' m wanting to update to a new bow. Could you all give me some insight on which to get. I' m 6' 2, 220, 31" draw.....Thanks

Hey, hey, now..... PSE bows are still cool! [8D]
I shoot a 1996(?) PSE Edge 1000 lefty bow and have no problems with it. It' s indestructible and looks and feels as though it' s made out of cast iron. I like it and it works for me....
The nicest, most comfortable bow that I toyed around with was a lefty Parker bow. It was so lightweight and manuverable, I couldn' t believe it. When I finally decide to upgrade (one of these years), I' ll get a Parker.
....just my humble .02 cents.

Are they still producing the T-bolt? If so then I would consider that one as it has been in their lineup for at least a half dozen years and has some pretty respectable specs at a decent price.
There was also a 2004 model that caught my eye...the Venom maybe...but I cannot remember the name for sure.

In case you were aware - Archery Research is a PSE company. I have the AR 34 and love it - it is one smooth and accurate bow. I shoot good groups to 50 yards - with fixed blade broadheads..... no problem....... try it before you buy
Good luck

I finally replaced my old Carrol Intruder with a new PSE Carrera and it is an amazing bow. Short, fast, accurate and quiet with the suppressors on it. The letoff is 85%. It' s perfect for my blind hunts. I bet any of the newer tech bows will impress you so find one that feels good. Many said the Carrera was hard to handle but I found it an easy bow to hunt with. You and I are the same height and weight. Good hunting.
