I need to reread that, I didn't buy it but read it while my wife was grocery shopping.
I could have swore it said Easton/Beman was the carbon leaders.
Personally, there are a few discrepancies between polls taken here and in that magazine. Determining the totals for yourself is up to us. Example: overwhelmingly Summit seems to be the most used climbing stand by members here, yet API is listed as the leader on climbing stands in the magazine.

Seems fishy to me that they took top honors,I saw alot of shooters and shot with a bunch of differant people in major 3D tours last year and can only remember seeing 1 person using them.

I wouldn't say "overwhelmingly" that Summit is the choice here over API...maybe 60-40...<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>
....I didn't get my new issue yet but when I do I will make sure to take a gander at the carbon arrow section....

I'm like the rest. They're probably the preferred carbons for the Ragsdales (since they're PSE shooters) but I have to believe Easton/Beman would be at the top of the list.

Sorry Frank, overwhelming was the wrong word. I should have said a slight majority here. I believe both make quality climbing stands. If its any consolation to you, API was voted the most popular fixed stand in the magazine.
