I had hunted 9 times here in Ark., without seeing a deer. But on the 9th trip, I saw 3 doe and killed one. But this weekend, in 4 trips to the woods(morning and evening) I saw 11 deer, one was a nice buck that was running doe and I couldn' t get a shot. So now, in 13 trips to the woods, I' ve seen 14 deer. So hang in there, it will even out.. Usually around here, when people say there are no deer, there is usually alot of acorns and that is where they are.

Let' s not be to hasty here Buckmagnet.[
] Perhaps you should give it up for a season. I know we can find some folks that would be willing to hunt that " Non-producing" land.
I bet I don' t even have to ask for volunteers. OK, I will take suggestions. Who wants to hunt on Buck Magnets private honey hole with me. All applications will be considered equally. There is NO guarantee you' ll get to waste time with me... but I' ll consider it.[:-]

I wouldn' t be so quick to change your stand location just because some guys walked by with dogs. I bet they disturbed you more than they did the deer. If they feel safe enough they' ll hold tight and once the people have passed by go on about their business usually.
