Default Things are getting busy here

Its official. Im now a recognized legal entity in the State of WI. I have acquired the name of

Innovative Outdoorsman LLC

Which has been recorded with the State Department of Financial Institutions.

I have sent off my defensive documents to the U.S. Patent and Trademark office and soon will be able to use the verbiage “Patent Pending” when making any public disclosures regarding my ne product.

Likewise I now have a Federal EIN number and a WI Seller's permit.

Ive already created a logo for my new LLC.

I have arrived at a product name for the new Patent (to be made public at some point)

I am working on

Packaging

Banners

Shirts

A website

Facebook page

Product video

And to continue making product so I have a ready inventory when I launch.

Once I get word from the US patent office I can disclose the product which is a simple bowhunting tool.

Its a tool that sounds like acorns being crunched by deer with a rear view mirror built in that you stick in a deer's butt when gutting it.

No, its nothing so fantastic as that.

Today I made my 2nd submission to the US patent and trademark office.

Met with the videographer last night to go through the script and story board for the commercial. Meeting with the web designer next week to put the finishing touches on the web site.

Cranking out products for this new offering so as to have a stock pile at launch.

Just wrapped up a 3 hour video and photo shoot for what will ultimately end up being a 5 minute ad/commercial for the product Im bringing to market. I saw some of the footage and its clear I have a face more suited for radio. Doing voice-0vers is move involved than I thought.

I hope he is able to edit it in a way that doesnt make me look and sound like I dork I felt while shooting it.

DIY guy---Congrats on the new business, but IMHO you are now not just a member here, but are an owner/advertiser of a company selling a product and to be fair to other companies and abide by the website rules, you should probably delete your last post and start a thread in the Classified Section where advertisements belong. PS: I watched your video and IMO you have a winner there and if it's properly advertised I can see it selling in the millions. Congrats!
