i killed a doe in windy conditions and saw a 4 pointer checking scrapes in a similar condition. i think wind may keep some deer from moving but a gust or two doesnt really matter.

i missed one tonight with the windy conditions in pa...stalked through the edge of the corn to the soybean and just shot over its back!

I used to think this also. The last two times I' ve been out its been reaaly windy and I had deer all over the place.
