RE: Rut in West Virginia???
 

Seems like in the Southern part of the state where I hunt the rut generally peaks about the 15th of November. I like to hunt the week before gun season because it seems like the bucks are still cruising looking for unbred does and they seem to respond to calls well this time of year.
