Wow! I check in from time to time. Spend more of my time making videos for YouTube than posting on forums now a days. Just here looking around and recognized some of your names. I haven't been here as long as you guys but I remember you all.

A lot more competition from local sites these days, I guess. But it's nice to get a national perspective from time to time.

I love posting a picture of a PA buck and hearing guys from Kansas or Iowa telling me that it's a nice buck.

and I wanna say that I joined in 1999....but it's hard to remember. I know for a fact that I was a member in 2000.

Just realized this post was in bowhunting. Might get a lot more views in whitetail or another more general spot. Some of the old timers may not bow hunt.

The local sights and Facebook as well have impacted numbers... I'm on multiple Facebook pages like "Pa Deer Hunting" Etc.... They are in a different format obviously but they all get allot of traffic. Forums are popular and easy to make now so there are forums everywhere. This is still my favorite. I read here for several years then finally joined in 2006 I believe. I learned allot off this site.

I pop in a little during hunting season still, thats about it. I joined in late 2000 or early 2001... it was REAL good back then through the mid 2000's. The bowhunting forum was huge, and all the contests were super big with waiting lists. Went downhill big time when it got sold.
Good to see some of the old folks here still. I remember when Cardeer had like 20,000+ posts and the forum reset. LOL
