What target do you recommend? I' m leaning towards a bag style or block. What type do you think is best? Or do you like actual deer targets? THanks for the help

for BH I got more out of A deer target you can use the hind quarters when you shoot through the center the Block IMO their junk for BH but I shoot alot. field points block is great I just bought A new block because it' s 50.00 cheaper then A deer & I just noticed that the practice blades for BH don' t rip up the block as bad. so I guess my favorite is the deer. also with the 50.00 that I saved bought A bag to

I second the Black Hole, however broadheads do seem to tear it up quick. Just shooting field tips though it would last a very long time. I' ve shot broadheads into the center of mine a few times and now my field tips go into it to the vanes.

I' ve been using the cheapo foam targets from Walmart for the past few weeks. Only because I was given 10 of them for free. I' ve been looking into a cube style target. This is the one I think I' m going to get. http://www.morrelltargets.com/Target...n_six_shooter/

For field and target points only, the Morrel line of targets are great!! I have the large range bag target, and it' s awesome.
I just picked up the smaller " Block" target for broadhead use!!

I have a bag style with 5 small bullseyes (kinda looks like the number " 5" on a dice). Works great out to 30 yards.

Word to the wise..... Whatever you do DO NOT EVER get one of those cheesy styrofoam target things that are 2" thick and like 24" square! [][:' (] Trust me - you' re arrow will go right through the darn thing. I know from experience!!! I impaled an Easton XX-75 into my pine tree in my back yard!!!
