Got my first buck!!
Hel% yeah!!!!!
It was a great hunt, first time in the stand this year. Setup 200 yards back in the a swamp that butted up to a corn field. I knew the bucks where staging back there. The wind friday was perfect to hunt the stand, got in the stand around 4:00pm. Saw tons of turkeys, 8 toms under my tree hung out for about a hour. The buck came in right around dark. Shot him broadside at 18 yards , he bolted and piled up 50 yards away! Nice 8 point, finally got to shoot my Bowtech EX VFT, using RM Gator BH. That mechanical is awesome!!! clean double lung pass-thru with a 3 inch incision where the arrow went in, man I like how that mechanical wings out before entering the deer. Thanks for all the good tips you guys give on this board! Really helped me out alot!

Two things. First, I' d like to say congrats on your trophy! Second, where are the pictures?! Gotta get them pictures so we can see the product of a successful hunt.

First buck! Congrats, I am hoping to get my first bow buck this year, I have a feeling that my guns will see little if any use this season, the addiction grows stronger every season!
